Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@echor.co including your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, or direct you to where you can get one, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

In or on the box of your return you will need to include your order number. When we receive your item it will be inspected and if it is in a saleable condition, we will automatically process your refund or exchange in line with your requirements. Please note – refunds must be made to the original payment method.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our food supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (such as our Pillow Spray). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Offers and promotional discounts are only available subject to their specific terms and conditions which will be shown on our website and/or our app (as applicable).

No offers or promotional discounts can be combined with any other offer or promotional discount. Offers and promotional discounts are not valid on previous purchases.

 

GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Winners will be selected by The Company at random whose decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The competition opens following once details have been published online and via social media and closes when the announcement states. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the competition.
3. The winners will be contacted directly via direct message once the competition has closed to request address for prize postage. The prize will be sent out the following working day that this is received. The winners may see their name posted on the Company’s website and on other websites and social media accounts.
4. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Company, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition either themselves or through their families.
5. Only one entry per person allowedunless otherwise stated on the original announcement. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.
6. The Company is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
